Almost there!!!

I can't believe I can actually say that I am leaving next month. I am excited beyond words. It seems I have been waiting so long for this moment. Things are pretty busy and will remain that way until I leave. I am still traveling until the 1st of April. Pray that the Lord will bring in the remainder of my support. I am currently at 91%!!

I will be working in the Mbarara area with my parents.  I will be working in "Project HOPE", the orphanage and school we are starting. I will also be involved in starting Bible classes in the local elementary and high schools. I will be involved in the radio ministry - updating and creating new ideas as well as writing stories for the Children's Bible Hour program on Life Radio, that I started in 2003. I am excited about starting a work in the hospital. Other ministries include going to the villages and training Sunday School teachers, and learning the Runyankore language fluently.

"You're not leaving without me! That's it and that's final!" Cherokee continues to cause trouble while I am away.

I think she misses me as much as I miss her when I'm gone.

While traveling you come across alot of interesting sights!                            Uganda's National Bird

I'm glad my luggage was not in that bin.                                                           The Crested Crane
